Terms of service

By using Hero Poker you agree to the terms below. They describe what the app is for, what you can and can't do with it, and what we promise (and don't promise) in return.

What Hero Poker is

Hero Poker is a single-player learning tool. You play Texas Hold'em hands against bots, get stats, and read coaching on what to work on. There is no real-money wagering, no other humans at the table, and no way to cash out. Hero Poker is a poker training app. Play-money chips only — nothing can be bought, won, or cashed out.

You must be 18 or older

Hero Poker is for adults. You confirm you are 18 or older when you sign in, and you may not use the app if you are not. This is our own requirement rather than a gambling rule — there is nothing to gamble here — but it is a requirement, and we may close an account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

Chips have no value

Chips in Hero Poker are play money. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts, exchanged, or redeemed for anything, and we can adjust or reset them as part of running the product. A Pro subscription buys coaching features — more analysis, more history, more practice tools. It never buys chips, and it never buys an advantage in how a hand plays out.

Acceptable use

• One account per person. Don't share sign-in credentials.
• Don't scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the app or our APIs.
• Don't use Hero Poker to facilitate real-money gambling anywhere.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. You can cancel at any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered case-by-case for accidental charges.

Account termination

You can delete your account from settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

No warranty

Hero Poker is provided as-is. The leak analysis is a coaching aid, not solver-grade EV. Treat the suggestions as a starting point, not a verdict.

Changes

These terms will evolve as the app does. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
